Hot Sauce is signed in ASL by combining two words Hot and Sauce. To make a sign for hot sauce, first sign hot by making a hand like a jaw and then move it away from your mouth like you are throwing something. For the sauce sign, put your hand upside down and rotate it on the palm of your non-dominant hand.
